Messages: View Messages

Devices capable of 2-way communication can receive and send text messages to/from No such variable: No variable application defined.. Refer to your device documentation to determine how your device can send messages. No such variable: No variable application defined. provides a central control interface for 2-way communication across all devices on the account.

Threads

By default, No such variable: No variable application defined. will retrieve the last 300 messages no older than 99 days. Messages between a device and No such variable: No variable application defined. are grouped in Threads. Threads allow for an overview of communication from separate devices. Threads are displayed in the Thread pane, ordered by the last message time of each thread.

The Threads pane has a Public and Private tab. The Public tab shows threads that have been initiated with a message either created in the console and sent to a device, or sent from a device to the account. The private tab shows threads that have been initiated with a message sent from a device to a console user's email address or mobile, private threads are only visible to the console user whose email or mobile the initiating message was sent to.

Each 2-way message that is transmitted between No such variable: No variable application defined. and the device will result in the "last message time" being updated for the appropriate thread. If the device is re-assigned to another worker, the next message will result in a new thread being created. Replying to either the old or new thread will display the message in the new thread.

Message

Clicking on a thread will open the collective messages into the Message pane. Similar to the Thread pane, messages are ordered by the time they were transmitted. Both inbound and outbound messages are displayed in the same manner. The worker, device, or console user is displayed in bold as the message sender.

An active 2-way device can be replied to via the text box located at the foot of the Message pane. Outbound messages may not exceed 160 characters. Transmission will occur upon clicking the accompanying or button. Outbound messages will appear in No such variable: No variable application defined. immediately, however, please allow a suitable transmission time and ensure the device has adequate network connectivity.

Inactive devices cannot be replied to.
