Search History: Alerts

Search Criteria

Recipients

Search the alert history of one or more of the account's users in the list by ticking the box next to a user's name. Alerts are automated messages sent by No such variable: No variable application defined..

Use the 'select/clear all' checkbox to include all users in the search or remove all Users from the search.

Users marked with the symbol have been deleted from the account in the last three months.

Time Period

Define the time period for which you want to retrieve alerts.

Mode

Choose whether you wish to retrieve alerts delivered by email, the Console display or SMS by ticking the appropriate option(s). The Console display refers to the window at the bottom of the 'Map' tab.

Type

The alerts sent by No such variable: No variable application defined. are grouped as follows: 'Alarm' alerts sent as a result of an alarm being triggered for a device; 'System' alerts sent automatically by No such variable: No variable application defined. such as when a new user is created. Each type of Alarm is listed for individual selection.

Search Results

Results are returned in chronological order, with the most recent at the top of the list. Priority alerts are accompanied by a preceding , with highest priority alerts displaying a symbol

Result column Description of field
Date/Time The date and time the alert was sent by No such variable: No variable application defined..
Type Identifies the type of alert delivered. See the explanation of the 'Type' search input above.
Mode Identifies how the alert was delivered. Either 'Console display', 'email' or SMS.
Content The alert sent by No such variable: No variable application defined..
Recipient(s) Who the alert was sent to.
Result Either 'success' or an error message defining why the alert could not be delivered by No such variable: No variable application defined..

Print Results

Click this button to open a print-friendly view of the search results. For best results, set your printer to print in the landscape page layout.

Export Results

Click this button to save the results as a comma-separated variables file (*.csv). This format enables you import the results into other software external to the No such variable: No variable application defined. Console.
